I’m Isla, an integrative therapist offering online therapy to adults across the UK, as well as in-person sessions in Bristol. I provide a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where you can talk openly, explore the challenges you’re facing, and begin to find a way forward that feels right for you.

People use therapy in many different ways. For some, it’s a place to work through specific challenges such as anxiety, low mood, or relationship difficulties. For others, it’s a space for self-discovery, personal growth, or simply having time each week to be heard without judgement. However you choose to use therapy, the focus is always on what feels most meaningful and helpful for you.

Of course, this list is not exhaustive. Some people come to therapy during times of transition or change, (such as career change, starting university, or following a separation), while others are seeking support with self-esteem, confidence, or making sense of past experiences.

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, so it may help to get a sense of what you can expect in our sessions. You can expect a warm, non‑judgemental space where you set the pace. Together, we’ll explore what feels most important to you. I’ll listen, offer reflections, and sometimes introduce tools or perspectives that might support you. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to.
