What I Offer
My approach
I am a client-led, integrative therapist, which means our work together is guided by what feels most important to you. Working integratively gives me the flexibility to draw on a range of approaches, including person-centred therapy, solution-focused work, personal consultancy, and transactional analysis, so that I can adapt to your individual needs.
There may be times when a more structured, goal-focused approach feels helpful. When this is the case, I can draw on therapeutic coaching and Personal Consultancy to support you in working towards specific goals - always within the same safe, supportive space.
At the heart of my practice is the relationship we build together. Being relationally driven means focusing on creating a safe and supportive space where you can bring whatever you need to explore. I see you as the expert of your own life. My role is not to provide ready-made answers, but to offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can feel truly heard and supported as you make sense of your experiences.
Individual therapy
Individual therapy offers a regular space just for you - a chance to pause, reflect, and explore whatever feels important in your life. Sessions are 50 minutes long and usually take place weekly, either online or in-person in Bristol.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on different approaches to suit your individual needs, rather than following a single method. This means our work together can be flexible, sometimes focusing on understanding patterns from the past, sometimes on what you’re experiencing right now, and sometimes on finding practical ways forward.
Are you a student in higher education?
University can be an exciting time but it can also bring pressure, uncertainty and big questions about identity, belonging and direction. Having experience of working in student support at two Russell Group Universities, I offer therapy that’s attuned to the challenges students often face, including transitions, academic stress, relationships and self-confidence. If appropriate, I can provide supporting letters as well.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or simply want a space to reflect, I’m here to support you in navigating this chapter with warmth, understanding and care.
